As the founder, Architect Fabian Vacca is directly responsible for the construction and execution phase. His General Contractor’s License and his 30 years of experience as an architect and developer are applied to site supervision, on-site cost control, and strict schedule adherence, ensuring every FLORIDA BUILDING LLC project maintains the promise of quality and Class A standards.

Architect Gabriel Levy, Architect and Strategic Partner, oversees the entire phase of architecture, design, and construction documentation.
