As the founder of Florida Building LLC, Architect Fabian Vacca is directly responsible for the construction and execution phase of every project. His General Contractor’s License and more than 30 years of experience as an architect and developer are applied to hands-on site supervision, on-site cost control, and strict schedule adherence, ensuring that every Florida Building LLC project meets the highest standards of quality and Class A excellence.
Fabián Vacca’s career is defined by sustained operational excellence, evidenced by a series of awards earned within companies under his management. His leadership has been consistently recognized by the national organization Kitchen Solvers, highlighting milestones that validate both technical expertise and efficiency in managing large-scale projects:
- Award: Rookie of the Year (2019) and Best Franchise Owner of the Year (2020).
